What we do hold onto are the basics we need to get your delicious beans to you: your name, address, contact info, and order history. This helps us manage orders smoothly and follow up if anything goes wrong (or right!).

How Long We Keep Your Info
We’ll hold onto your order details (like your name, email, and address) for up to 5 years — that’s mostly for tax and accounting reasons. If you leave a comment or review, we may keep that too.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love every Good Bean Co. product, but if something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right.
Not Happy? Let’s Talk
If your beans arrive and you’re not satisfied, get in touch within 5 working days and let us know what’s gone wrong. We’ll aim to sort things out within 10 working days, whether that means a refund or replacement.
Faulty Goods
If something’s faulty, we’ll need you to return it so we can check it out. Please include a note explaining the issue. Once we receive it, we’ll sort a refund or replacement within 10 working days.
Note: If goods are returned used, incomplete, or without packaging, we won’t be able to issue a refund or replacement.
Changed Your Mind?
If you need to cancel your order, just get in touch as soon as you can. If we haven’t shipped it yet, we’ll stop it and refund your payment in full.
