How Good Bean began...
Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
In a separate pan, gently fry the garlic in olive oil.
Add the Luxury Beans and spinach, stir until wilted.
Toss the drained pasta into the pan, add a squeeze of lemon, and mix well.
Serve with grated parmesan, black pepper and toasted pine nuts
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix beans, cooked grains, and tomatoes in a bowl.
Spoon into pepper halves, top with cheese
Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20–25 mins
Serve with guacamole.
Toast the sourdough, then rub with a cut garlic clove.
Warm the Tuscan Beans in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Spoon the beans over the toast and top with chopped herbs and a pinch of chilli flakes.
Add a poached egg on top and roasted cherry tomatoes on the side.
Coming from a family of food lovers, running a food business, and feeding a house of ravenous teens, our founder, Georgina found herself needing to knock up quick, healthy meals that didn’t compromise on flavour. So she went back to basics and gave beans a serious glow-up: developing nutrient-rich, gut-friendly recipes that are easy to cook (and teen-approved!).
