Returns: Contact us in the first instance; we’ll seek to resolve within 5 working days, with replacement or refund processed within 10 working days.

Faulty goods: Must be returned along with noted faults. We do not replace/credit incomplete or used goods.

Cancellations: Contact us ASAP and we’ll try to stop your order before dispatch and refund accordingly.
