Creamy Bean & Spinach Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Luxury Beans
  • 200g pasta
  • A handful of spinach
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • Olive oil
  • A squeeze of lemon
  • Grated parmesan

Creamy Bean & Spinach Pasta

Method

  1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
  2. In a separate pan, gently fry the garlic in olive oil.
  3. Add the Luxury Beans and spinach, stir until wilted.
  4. Toss the drained pasta into the pan, add a squeeze of lemon, and mix well.
  5. Serve with grated parmesan, black pepper and toasted pine nuts

Mexican Bean Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Mexican Beans
  • 3 red/yellow peppers, halved & deseeded
  • Cooked quinoa
  • Grated cheese
  • Chopped cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil

Mexican Bean Stuffed Peppers

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix beans, cooked grains, and tomatoes in a bowl.
  3. Spoon into pepper halves, top with cheese
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20–25 mins

Serve with guacamole.

Rustic Toasted Sourdough

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Tuscan Beans
  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • Olive oil
  • A garlic clove
  • Fresh parsley or basil
  • Chilli flakes (optional)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Poached egg

Rustic Toasted Sourdough

Method

  1. Toast the sourdough, then rub with a cut garlic clove.
  2. Warm the Tuscan Beans in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Spoon the beans over the toast and top with chopped herbs and a pinch of chilli flakes.
  4. Add a poached egg on top and roasted cherry tomatoes on the side.

How Good Bean began...

Coming from a family of food lovers, running a food business, and feeding a house of ravenous teens, our founder, Georgina found herself needing to knock up quick, healthy meals that didn’t compromise on flavour. So she went back to basics and gave beans a serious glow-up: developing nutrient-rich, gut-friendly recipes that are easy to cook (and teen-approved!).
